As we recently celebrated the anniversary of working from home, some people continue to feel burned out and wondering how they can improve their mental state.
Ridehaluing decided to write a mini-series about improving your mental health called “Improving Mental Health.”
The mini-series plan to be a 3–5 minutes writing that you can enjoy and aim to help you in the most practical way possible. We hope you can enjoy it and comment in the writing if you have any feedback or suggestion for us to cover.
